Company History

Owner and Founder of Beechnut, Paul qualified as an electrician in 1982. He is electrically qualified to technician grade. He went to work for Kenneth J Chandler where he acquired skills and experience in wide range of environments.

Paul has worked on many highly complex and large scale projects including installing production lines, telecommunications systems in the UK and abroad and every aspect of general electrical maintenance and installation.

Paul enjoys the variation of his work and has found his toughest job to date installing telecommunications systems in Libya.

We are a family-run business and have been trading since 1953, formerly as Kenneth J Chandler Limited and since 2014 as Beechnut Electrical Limited.

Working from our Aldershot premises for a diverse group of customers for over 50 years, we have an unrivaled breadth of experience and knowledge of the electrical industry and of how to provide and implement the best and most cutting edge solutions for our customers.

Glen is electrically qualified to technician grade and has worked with Paul for many years. He is an extremely experienced electrician having worked on a wide range of jobs and in many different environments.

Glen's hands-on approach, understanding of the detail and willingness to work under pressure make him a huge asset to any electrical project.

Glen is a keen motorcyclist, a hobby which takes him all over the world in his spare time.

Paul and Glen are always happy to give advice on the electrical aspects of any job – and it is exceptionally good advice.
